try some eyeliner(brown or black that suits u), then some mascara( in black, i recommemd maybelline collssal), some eyeshadow( try some light colors cuz u said u are pale), and then if u want some foundation(try the nuetrogena healty skin foundation and u might want to be the foundation brush if u want to use the foundation), hope this helps
