HELP! I CAN NOT DO THIS! answer ASAP?

How can I become tan?! I'm really pale and I only have two weeks to become tan. I don't want to go to a tanning bed. I'm only in my teens. Help! idk what to do! Whenever i try to tan i get more freckles and a sunburn.
