Is a firefighter certification from Arizona transferable to Washington State?

I am about to begin the Fire academy in August of 2011 to start my career as a Firefighter. My eventual goal is to be a Firefighter in Bellevue Washington. My question to you is, once I am certified here in arizona is it a possibility to transfer to Washington without having to go through another full academy?
