Is it pointless to follow-up this job interview?

I had a job interview last Wednesday, and I thought it went awesome! I got along with the 2 owners, she seemed to really be into my answers, and loved my experience. They asked me if I'd be able to train while finishing up my PT job, to which I said I absolutely would. I knew they had interviews through the end of last week, so I was going to let the weekend pass. Now it's Tuesday. They've reposted their ad twice (once Friday night and once last night). So, is calling to follow-up even worth it or is it pretty clear I didn't get the job?
