What movie is this? A girl is stuck under a burning truck...?

I remember seeing this movie a while ago. A large truck (possibly carrying fuel?) caught on fire and a girl's leg was stuck under one of the tires. A firefighter stays under the truck with her, ordering the other firefighters to keep the water spraying on them until they can find a way to get the girl out.
