Youtube counter-notification help?

A while back i had a fan made opening for naruto shippuden and in so little time i got a strike after TV TOKYO made a copyright claim. i have 3 other fan mode openings and TV TOKYO never once attacked me again...But, i was barely doing anything wrong if thousands of youtubers can keep up their fan made openings with no problem from TV TOKYO why wasnt I??? I wasnt making a profit I wasnt using it in a harmful matter...and another thing is this video was actually reposted from my old account and even THAT was never taken down...so why was this held against me? i believe i ahve a right to fire a counter notification.
