Does honoring firefighters lost on 9-11 by naming a street "Seven in Heaven Way" establish a religion?

I see no contradiction or establishing any religion by just naming a street in honor of those brave firefighters.Is that a sort of establishing a religion? I think it is far from it. Where I live would be then full of religions because many of the streets are named after people who made a name for themselves in some way or for historical reasons. I don't even think that those who decided to name the street like it is ever thought of establishing a religion by doing so.
