I feel really bad? (Reposted, need more answers)?

Take a pregnancy test just in case, other wise you could just have a bug that your body is trying to get rid of, or yes a bladder infection, try calling your doctors and ask them about your test because they might just not have gotten around to it yet or they did call and you just missed it?
